WisdmLabs has done an great job of developing a custom plugin and theme. When I was searching for developers, WisdmLabs stood out since their source code is available in the WordPress plugin repository for anyone to view. As a result, I was not surprised when they delivered a quality plugin and theme. Not only did everything look and work exactly as the specification required, but it was well structured and well written so I can be sure it will play nicely with the rest of the site.
